South Dakota recorded another 33 COVID-19 deaths on Saturday, including 5 in Pennington County and 2 each in Oglala and Todd Counties.
The state death toll is now 1,243.
There were also 618 new confirmed COVID-19 cases and 4,931 recoveries, dropping the number of active cases from 15,622 to 12,917 with 452 hospitalized.
The total number of confirmed cases is now 83,225 with 76,247 recoveries.
In Wyoming, the Dept of Health reported 98 new confirmed cases with 76 recoveries and no deaths as the number of active cases edged up to 2,798.
Wyoming has had 33,757 confirmed cases, 321 deaths, and 30,638 recoveries since the start of the pandemic.
