3rd COVID-19 Case In Goshen County

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) – The Wyoming Department of Health said on its website Sunday morning that the state had 11 new cases of the coronavirus/covid-19, bringing the state total to 197. The agency says 17 counties have now reported confirmed cases with 50 people having recovered and no deaths.

The new cases announced on Sunday included a third in Goshen County, which includes Torrington. The Dept of Health says the individual is a close contact to a previously identified case.

Laramie County has the most cases at 43, followed by Teton County with 39. About 1 in 5 Wyoming residents who caught the virus say they don’t know how it happened.
