Cheyenne authorities say a Torrington woman who was apparently the victim of a hit-and-run accident on a city street Monday night has died.
67-year old Ann Miner was discovered on Frontier Mall Drive about 8:30 and was taken to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. The hospital announced Wednesday that Miner had died of her injuries.
Cheyenne Police are asking anyone with information about what happened to Miner is to contact Detective Zack Johnson.
