Maintain documentation of any activity on insurance and Medicaid accounts. Interact with Chadron Community Hospital Staff, clients, Medicaid, other insurance companies, in a friendly and courteous manner. High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Computer skills are necessary. Ability to learn and utilize efficiently various hospital computer systems and/or programs. Strong customer service skills are required along with experience in insurance billing with an emphasis on Rural Health Clinic.
