Chadron High Volleyball Defeats Mitchell 3-1 (Updated: 8:55am) Posted by Jeremy Anderson Date: August 27, 2020 142 Views Photo Courtesy: Jill PaoPao Head Coach Blakelee Hoffman collected her 70th career win as the Chadron High volleyball team took down Mitchell 3-1 (25-14, 19-25, 25-23, & 25-17) on Thursday night in the season opener. Anika Burke had a solid night at the net with 6 kills and 7 blocks. Macy Daniels tallied 8 kills to lead the Lady Cardinal attack. Emma Cogdill dished out 23 assists and Kacey Kittell had 10 digs. Thursday’s win also marks the 12th consecutive year that Chadron has won their first match of the season. The Lady Cardinals are back at it on Tuesday at Scottsbluff.
