Burial follows at 1:30 PM at the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD, with the Rev Rhoda Mesteth officiating
Charlotte Annie Rouillard was born on October 16, 1946 to Samuel Charging Crow and Daisy (Gay) Charging Crow in Pine Ridge, SD. Charlotte made her journey to the Spirit World on December 20, 2020 at her home in Kyle, SD.
Charlotte is survived by her son, Bryant Rouillard; siblings, Joseph Charging Crow and Wilbur Witt; and numerous cousins.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Rouillard; parents, Samuel & Daisy Charging Crow, sister, Ruth Old Horse; and brothers, Jimmy Charging Crow, Isaac Charging Crow, and Roy Charging Crow.
Pallbearers will be Justin Charging Crow, Louis Vocu, William “Billy” Montileaux, John Charging Crow, Jr., Mario Vasquez, Rayvonne Rosales, Rondell Charging Crow, and Shawn Fast Horse.
