33-year old Sierra Bagola and 36-year old Clayton High Wolf were both arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of a stolen firearm.

Bagola was also charged with possession of a concealed weapon and High Wolf with possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.

33-year old Daelan High Wolf was charge with felony possession of a stolen firearm and felony possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.

Officers seized a stolen gun, described by Hickstein as an AR-15 type .22 caliber rifle. He says all were charged with possession of it because under Nebraska law, each of them could reach it inside their vehicle.

Hickstein says the Chadron Police Department extends special thanks to the woman who phone the dispatch center, calling the case a great example of a community member helping the police department apprehend criminals.

“Working together we can help identify and prevent crime in Chadron. If you see something suspicious, report it,” says Hickstein.
