Job Description: This position is responsible for administrative work participating in the overall direction and coordination of the Human Resources of Dawes County.

Desirable Training and Experience: Associates degree or equivalent with emphasis in human resources, public or business administration or related legal field or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides desirable knowledge, abilities, and skills. Considerable experience in the practices of finance, budgeting, and accounting. Considerable experience in a responsible administrative and supervisory capacity.

Minimum Qualifications:Must be 19 years of age. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to legally work in the United States.

Hours: 35-40 hours a week

Pay: Starting wage based on education and experience.
