3. Approval of Minutes of July 14, 2020 regular Council meeting and the July 20 budget workshop; and excuse the absence of Council Member Olson from the July 14 Council meeting and Council Member Frahm from the July 20 workshop

10. Approve/disapprove purchase of new or used transmission for red 2004 Ford F-150 (street department)
11. Approve bond attorney for upcoming water-sewer project
12. Discuss/approve advertising for fuel bids (bulk unleaded gasoline, bulk non-highway diesel, pump highway diesel, pump premium unleaded gasoline, pump unleaded gasoline, propane)
