Funeral services for 31-year old Doris Wells are Monday, October 26, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the American Legion Hall in Hay Springs, NE, with Mr Richard McKay officiating.
Burial Services: 1:30 PM, Monday, October 26, 2020 at the Hay Springs City Cemetery in Hay Springs, NE.
Visitation precedes the service from 10:00 – 1:00 PM, also at the American Legion Hall in Hay Springs
Doris June Wells was born on March 27, 1989 in Chadron, NE to Gordon Wells and Peggy Morrison, and made her journey to the Spirit World on October 18, 2020 in Englewood, CO.
Doris is survived by her spouse, Jesse Branham; children, Damien Bettelyoun, Dennis Wells, and Jesse James Wells; parents, Peggy Morrison and Gordon Wells, Sr.; siblings, Jesse Morrison, Bo Morrison, Sr., Tex Wells, and Gordon Wells, Jr.; and paternal grandparents, Roy Wells and June Eckley.
Doris was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alphonso, Sr. and Doris Morrison; cousins, Jaimie Morrison, James McLaughlin, Joey Wounded Head, and Waylon Cash; and aunts, Lynell Morrison and Rhonda Wells.
Pallbearers will be Bo Morrison, Sr., Tex Wells, Gordon Wells, Jr., Dennis Wells, Jesse Morrison, and Jake Hankins. Honorary pallbearers will be Jesse James Wells, Gordon Wells, Sr., Jesse Branham, Lionel Morrison, Alphonso Morrison, Jr., Paul Morrison, Sr., Ronnie Smallwood, Jr., Clint Morrison, Reuben Wounded Head, Charles Wounded Head, Kisa Morrison, Ashley Morrison, Desire McLaughlin, Kathy McLaughlin, Erna Morrison, Sharon Wounded Head, Angela Wounded Head, Tangela Wounded Head, Charlene Wounded Head, Carmen Morrison, Melissa Hill, Jessica Hill, Adam Hill, Derek Hill, and All Relatives & Friends.
