Rapid City Police Department say a rollover crash early Saturday morning left one passenger dead, one passenger hospitalized with serious injuries, and the driver under arrest.
20-year old Nicholas Herman of Custer is charged with vehicular homicide, 2 counts of vehicular battery, reckless driving, DUI, and minor in consumption of alcohol.
Names of the two passengers have not been released and police have released no details on the crash itself as the Rapid City Police Critical Accident Reconstruction Team’s investigation is continuing.
