Duane Reddest “Ta’sunke Isnala Glu ha Mani” was born on April 13, 1956 in Rosebud, SD to Ellen (Hollow Head) Reddest and Eugene Reddest. He made his journey to the Spirit World on Dec 27, 2020 at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
Duane is survived by his spouse, Nancy Reddest; daughters, Gwendolyn Reddest and Duanna Reddest; sons, Joseph (Migan) Reddest and Rudy (Melinda) Reddest; adopted daughters, Doreen Milk; God-daughter, Antoinette Wounded Head; adopted son, Jimmy Little Bull; God-son, Aloysius Wounded Head; siblings, Andrea Reddest, LeRoy Reddest, and Sidney Reddest, Sr.; grandchildren, Adena Two Eagle, Kaylee Reddest, Cleveland, Duane Reddest, Jalen, Keeley, Aloysius, Roseanne, Clancy, and Ella Jo Reddest, Henry Clifford, Jr., Myava, Issabelle, and Symira Inez; great-grandchildren, Jesse & Kaden Big Crow, Alonnia Swallow; and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Duane was preceded in death by his parents, Ellen (Hollow Head) Reddest and Eugene Reddest; sisters, Diane Reddest, Flora Bullman, and Gwyneth Bullman; and brothers, Orville, Cleveland, Wendell, Virgil, and Eugene Reddest.
