Eight Chadron State College volleyball players were named to the 2022 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Volleyball All-Academic honor roll on Tuesday, in a release at RMACSports.org.

The RMAC honors all players in their second year or later with their current school, with a 3.30 or better cumulative grade point average. This year, the Academic All-RMAC First Team, which is voted on by the league’s sports information directors, required a 3.5 or better.

Three seniors, three juniors, and two sophomores are among the CSC players named.

For Rylee Greiman (Windsor, Colorado), Abby Schaefer (Greeley, Colorado), and Micaiah Vrbka (Brainard, Nebraska), it was the third appearance on the annual academic lists.

Sidney Hines (Limon, Colorado) and Allie Ferguson (Chadron, Nebraska) each earned their second career honor.

Meanwhile, Paige Boitz (Pueblo, Colorado), Devyn Volz (Parker, Colorado, and Maddison Wright (Rawlins, Wyoming) appeared for the first time.

The Academic Player of the Year was awarded to Colorado Mesa University’s Sabrina Vandelist.
