Funeral services for 32-year old Eric Michael Brown Bull are Monday, March 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Sharp’s Corner Baptist Church in Sharp’s Corner, SD, with Pastor Matt Hadden officiating and traditional Lakota services
Burial is at St Alban’s Episcopal Cemetery in Porcupine, SD
A one-night wake service starts Sunday, March 7, 2021 at 3:30 PM, also at the Sharp’s Corner Baptist Church
Eric Michael Brown Bull was born on February 18, 1989 in Oceanside, CA to Harold Brown Bull, Sr. and Mona Mesteth. Eric made his journey to the Spirit World on March 1, 2021 at his home in Sharp’s Corner, SD.
Eric is survived by his father, Harold Brown Bull, Sr.; siblings, Jackson (Lindsey) Mesteth of Pine Ridge, SD, Ira (Jodie) Brown Bull, Miranda and Rachel Brown Bull, all of Rapid City, SD, Sara Brown Bull of Sharp’s Corner, SD, Selena Brown Bull of Pine Ridge, SD and Aleigha Brown Bull of Martin, SD; daughter, Mackenzie Brown Bull of Kyle, SD; grandparents, Eli Tail, Sr. and Georgia Tail; aunts, Karen Red Elk & Family, Gloria No Neck & Family, Darmalee Tail & Family, Erna Shepard, Eva Mesteth & Family, and Bonita Bear Robe & Family; uncle, Donnie Mesteth, Sr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Eric was preceded in death by his mother, Mona Mesteth; siblings, Harold Brown Bull, Jr., Emmett Brown Bull, Kyle “Gizz” Mesteth, Shilo Pourier and TJ Mesteth; uncles, Matt Mesteth, Sr., Jeff Tail, Tyrone Mesteth, Sr., and Dean Andrews; niece, Jade Brown Bull; and nephew, Antonio Brown Bull.
Pallbearers will be Marlon Iron Crow, Jr., Sean Lone Hill, Manny Clifford, Jimmy Ponca, Saunders Young Bear, Sam White Face, Jr., Paul Apple, Evans Brown Bull, Shawn Tail, Jay Shoulders and Brady Shoulders.
Honorary pallbearers will be All Friends & Family.
