Free Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing Available Monday In Chadron, Gordon

By Panhandle Public Health District

Free drive-thru COVID-19 testing will be available this weekend in six cities across the Panhandle, including Chadron and Gordon.

It’s aimed at those with symptoms or who have been contact with a confirmed case of the disease. COVID-19 symptoms include cough, fever, shortness of breath, headache, sore throat, chills, muscle pain, or loss of taste or smell.

Increased COVID-19 testing is an important piece to finding the virus and keeping people, families, and communities safe from disease spread.

This weekend’s free drive-thru testing is available to any Panhandle resident with symptoms or who has had close contact with a COVID-19 case; but minors need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Testing is currently limited to 100 people in each of the 6 cities.
