Burial will be held at a later date at St Peter’s Catholic Cemetery
Visitation precedes and follows the funeral from 9-3:00, also at the Mother Butler Center Hall in Rapid City
Harold C. Afraid of Hawk-Bettelyoun, Sr. was born on September 24, 1972 in Rapid City, SD to Harold Matthew Afraid of Hawk, Sr. and Loretta Elizabeth Bettelyoun. Harold made his journey to the Spirit World on December 8, 2021 in Rapid City, SD.
Harold is survived by his children, Harold Bettelyoun, Jr., Jeremy Bettelyoun, Summer Bettelyoun, Louis Bettelyoun, and Precious Bettelyoun; sisters, Francine Buenrostro, Tamara Martinez, Shirldene Moser, Susan Young, Nolean Kocer, Carla Kocer, and Kelly Red Kettle; cousins, Agnes, Kathy, & Patrick Randall, and Shirley Brave Heart; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
Harold was preceded in death by his mother, Loretta Bettelyoun; father, Harold Afraid of Hawk, Sr.; sister, Candace Killsree; grandmother, Hannah Black Fox; and grandfather, Cain Afraid of Hawk.
Honorary pallbearers will be all friends & relatives.
