Identity Released In Fatal Crash Dec 27 Near Keystone

     The South Dakota Highway Patrol has finally released the name of the man killed in a one-vehicle accident near Keystone a week ago Sunday.

        63-year old Scott Handy of Keystone was alone about 2:30 AM when his small SUV left Hwy 40 about a mile east of Keystone, entered the north ditch and rolled.

Handy, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
