Memorial services for 70-year old Julie Krotz are Friday, September 10, 2021, at 2:00 PM at St. Mary’s Holly Church, 11 miles north of Rushville on Hwy 87.
Masks will be required in the church. If you choose not to wear a mask you are welcome to attend the burial services in the Holly Cemetery at 2:30 PM.

Julie Ann Bishop was born on April 4, 1951, in Gordon, NE, to Stanley Bishop and Doris (Rusk) Bishop. She passed away August 16, 2021, in Omaha, NE.
Julie was the second-born of 10 siblings. She graduated from Rushville High School in the spring of 1969 and started working in White Clay right out of high school.
Julie married John A. Krotz on July 6, 1985, and on January 5, 1994, they adopted two girls, Tami Jo Krotz and Toni Ann Krotz.
Julie worked in a variety of fields. She did some bookkeeping as well as clerking in an auto shop, hardware store, and grocery store before going to work for the Sheridan County Court.
She was with the court for 39 years, rising from Deputy Clerk to Associate Judge before retiring in the spring of 2013.
Julie loved to spend her time traveling with John as they journeyed to Alaska, Ireland, and several states. She also enjoyed gardening in her spare time and spending quality time with her granddaughter.
Julie is survived by her husband John A. Krotz, their daughters Tami Jo Krotz and Toni Ann Krotz Halls and husband Timothy James Halls and their daughter Valerie Jean Halls.
She is also survived by her sisters: Rena Krotz, Mina (Malcom) White, and Laura (Rick) Patterson; her brothers: James Bishop, George Bishop, David Bishop, John (Ila) Bishop, and Dean (Merry) Bishop; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Doris Bishop and her brother Stanley Bishop Jr.
