Funeral services for 44-year old Justin White Bull are Sat, Feb 26, 2022 at 1:00 at the C Bear Gymnasium in Batesland, SD, with Lay Minister Anthony Wounded Head officiating and traditional Lakota services by Mr Lonnie Little Hoop

Burial is at the Wakpamni Lake Cemetery in Wakpamni, SD

A one-night wake service starts Friday, Feb 25, at 4:30 at the C Bear Gymnasium in Batesland with evening services at 7:00

Justin Wade White Bull “Hoksila Ho Olowan Waste” (Good Singing Voice Boy) was born on June 7, 1977 in Pine Ridge, SD to George White Bull and Linda Feather Earring.  Justin made his journey to the Spirit World on February 14, 2022 in Sioux Falls, SD.

Justin is survived by his children, Isnala Najin White Bull and Mia Sucini White Bull; granddaughter, Arielle Lena White Bull; sister, Theresa White Bull; nieces & nephew, Riley Cross, Laney Cross, Lindsey Hernandez, Lenny Black Elk, and Robert Hernandez, Jr.; aunties, Mary Lou Black Crow and Betty Black Crow; uncles, Dwight Black Crow, Eugene Black Crow, Dennis Yellow Thunder, Waylon Black Crow, Sr., and Rick Gray Grass; and numerous cousins, nieces, & nephews. 

Justin was preceded in death by his parents, Linda Lou Feather Earring and George Lincoln White Bull; grandmother, Theresa Feather Earring; brother, Eli Feather Earring; aunties, Kathy (Bauer) Short Bear, Dorothy Black Crow, Marilyn Tayle, and Tracy Buckley; and uncles, Ken Short Bear and Tony Black Crow.

Pallbearers will be Wally Lefthand, Elgin Head, Corbin Feather Earring, KiJana Gray Grass, Robert Hernandez, Sr., Waylon Black Crow, Jr., Donald American Horse, Jr., and Darren Yellow Boy.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Thunder Lake Sundance Family, 500 Mile Runners, and All Friends & Family.
