Burial is at Mediator Episcopal Cemetery in Kyle.
A one-night wake service starts Thurs, January 12, at 3:00 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church Hall in Kyle.
Katherine (Big Charger) Jealous of Him was born on Christmas Day in 1932 at home in Kyle, SD, to Albert Oliver Big Charger and Sadie Big Charger. Katherine made her journey to the Spirit World on Dec 28, 2022 at the Avantara North Nursing Home in Rapid City, SD.
Katherine is survived by her son Albert (Mary) Jealous of Him; and grandson Albert Whirlwind Horse.
Katherine was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Sadie Big Charger; husband Roy Jealous of Him; children Shirley Jealous of Him-High Pine, Audrey Standing Soldier and Naomi Jealous of Him; and siblings Nora Gay and Ruth Swimmer.
Pallbearers will be Austin Last Horse, Gilly Last Horse, Albert Whirlwind Horse, William Eagle Heart, Kenny Paul Standing Soldier, Chris Sitting Bear, Calvin Crazy Bear, Meeko Bear Killer, and Reno Richards.
Honorary pallbearers will be All Friends & Relatives.
