Funeral services for 75-year old Levi Lefthand are Monday, Nov 23, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Lefthand residence at Wakpamni Lake with Lay Minster Anthony Wounded Head officiating and traditional Lakota services by Mr Bino Garcia Jr.
Burial Services are at the Wakpamni Lake Community Cemetery
A one-night wake service starts Sunday, Nov 22, 2020 at 11:30, also at the Lefthand residence at Wakpamni Lake.
Levi Roy Lefthand was born on August 1, 1945 in Norris, SD to John Lefthand and Alvena (Big Crow) Lefthand. Levi made his journey to the Spirit World on November 13, 2020 at the Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.
Levi is survived by his spouse of 52 years, Shirley (Has No Horses) Lefthand; children, Kimberly Lefthand, Jarrett Lefthand, Derek (Iva) Lefthand, and Wally (Maureen) Lefthand, Sr.; grandchildren, Donroy (Oshie) Lefthand, Chelsea Lefthand, Jalen (Liz) Lefthand, Jacyee (Josh) Lefthand, Olyssa Lefthand, Charly K Lefthand, Autumn Lefthand, Jordy Lefthand, Ayden Lefthand, Ieisha (Maza) Lefthand, Isabella Lefthand, JaRell Lefthand, Wally Lefthand, Jr., Zander Lefthand, Kaylen Lefthand; and 1 great grandchildren, Markelle Lefthand.
Levi was preceded in death by his parents, John & Alvena (Big Crow) Lefthand; grandchild, Oniya Čola Maní; brother, Ivan Lefthand, Sr.; and sister, Orpha (Lefthand) Hawk Wing.
Pallbearers will be Woodzy Two Lance, Donroy Shoulders, Sr., Dave Crow, Dennis Yellow Thunder, Maza Hand, Myles Lefthand, Elgin Head, Delane Kills Back, Kobe Morrisette, Troy Hunts Horse, Ted Phelps, and Dennis White Thunder.
Honorary pallbearers will be all Friends & Relatives.
