The NCAA approved a blanket waiver yesterday that would grant immediate eligibility to players that transferred from division one to division one school. In order to speed up the process for division two transfers, a letter of approval from the players previous school submitted to the NCAA would allow immediate eligibility. Lakes came to Nebraska from Indianapolis University where he was the nation’s top three point shooter last season.
