The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is putting up half the reward money with the other half coming from the National Shooting Sports Foundation Police have already recovered 21 of the stolen guns and have a juvenile in custody. Surveillance video from the gun shop showed 2 men inside and one outside. Anyone with information can contact Rapid City police Detective Jim Ingalls at 605-394-4131.
