4 Facing Criminal Charges For Violating Quarantine After COVID 19 Exposure

LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) – Prosecutors in Laramie have charged 4 female roommates in criminal court with violating a quarantine order issued because they had been exposed to the coronavirus.

Albany County prosecutors say the four women were required under quarantine orders to remain home, but a video shows all 4 with an unidentified man at Lake Hattie.

Prosecutors believe 3 of the roommates were students at the University of Wyoming, which released a statement Thursday saying school officials are looking into where the women may have visited and would notify people with whom they may have interacted.
