An Alliance man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Omaha on child pornography charges.
U-S Attorney for Nebraska Jan Sharp says 38-year old Tyler Denby is charged with one count each of transportation of child porn and possession of child porn for what Sharp calls “illicit activity” on or about last July 30.
Denby faces 5-to-20 years on the transportation county and a maximum of 20 years with no minimum for possession. He could also get up to a total $566,000 in fines and assessments and a life term of supervised release.
