Alliance PD Asking The Public For Help In String of 60+ Burglaries

The Alliance Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance and vigilance in the wake of more than 60 burglaries since February with no suspects identified.

In a news release, the Alliance Police Department says investigators are following up on multiple leads, some based on the fact that force was used in each break-in with most having locks cut off storage units.

The department is cautioning Alliance residents to stay alert and take common sense precautions such as locking all doors on structures and vehicles. Residents are also encouraged to set up security systems, lighting, and trail cams.

Mostly, though, the Alliance police are urging the public to reach out if they notice any suspicious activity.
