     The South Dakota Highway Patrol says a 59-year old man died about 4:45 Wednesday afternoon in an ATV accident in the Black Hills.
The man’s name is being withheld pending notification of family.
    The Highway Patrol says the man was driving the ATV in the ditch on the south side of Hwy 14A about 5 miles northwest of Lead when he lost control and the ATV rolled over.
He was thrown from it and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt.
