Bellevue Father Accused Of Killing His Kids Waives Extradition From California

The Omaha-area man accused of killing his 2 young children last weekend has waived extradition from California.

35-year-old Adam Price of Bellevue had been arrested Sunday night near San Francisco on fugitive warrants for felony child abuse resulting in death.

After a one day postponement, Price waived extradition during a hearing Wednesday in San Mateo County

He was arrested hours after the bodies of 5-year-old Emily and 3-year-old Theodore Price were found in his home by a friend of their mother, who lives in Illinois.

They were with their father under a court-ordered visitation when they died. Police have not said when or how their deaths occurred.
