The Cities of Crawford and Chadron have declared Snow Emergencies covering part of Tuesday morning.
Chadron’s actually begins tonight at 9:00 while Crawford’s starts at midnight or whenever 3” of snow has accumulated.
Both are set to expire in the morning at 8:00 or when all the snow on the snow route streets has been removed.
The snow emergency rules for both Chadron and Crawford require all vehicles, trailers, and other obstructions be removed from the designated snow routes. Any that remain may be ticketed or towed at the owners’ expense.
