Chadron Community Hospital is reminding patients with appointments this week that it’s implementing a new Electronic Health Record System this week, so they should allow additional time to register with the new system.
Registration includes hospital staff inputting and confirming contact and insurance information from both new and returning patients.
Both groups need to bring their insurance cards with them.
Also beginning Monday, patients with an existing balance will start receiving 2 statements from the hospital – one with balances incurred before then and other for charges starting tomorrow.
