The annual Chadron Kiwanis Stars of Tomorrow Talent Show for youth kindergarten through high school is today at 3:00 in the Chadron High School auditorium.
Coordinator Duane Gardner says there a 9 entries this year, one fewer than last year’s 10.
The competition includes both individuals and small groups with performances running from 2-to-6:00 minutes.
There are 4 age divisions: K-3rd grade and grades 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12 with trophies to the top 3 finishers in each.
The 1st-place winner in the senior division, Division IV, also receives a $150 scholarship and the right to represent the Chadron Kiwanis Club at the district contest in northeast Colorado later this spring.
