Special Education paras, $12.27 for secretaries on 10-month contracts, and $12.82 for those on 12-month contracts.

Hourly rates are increased by 25-cents with certification for specialized training, by 50-cents for a 2-year college degree or equivalent, and $1 for a 4-year degree.
