Crawford Declares Snow Emergency Through 9:00 AM Sunday, Jan 14

The City of Crawford has declared a snow emergency starting running through Sunday morning at 9:00.

Under the declaration, vehicles need to be off the streets of Crawford’s snow routes so plows can work curb-to-curb.

If necessary, vehicles and other obstructions such as trailers and RVs can be towed at the owners’ expense – a move the city doesn’t want to have to make.

Crawford’s snow emergency routes are all of Main, First, Second, Coates, and Reed Streets plus Elm Street between First and Third and around Crawford Public Schools

The snow route map can be seen on the city’s website crawfordnebraska.net. Just go to the “residents” heading at the top of the page, click on “learn about” from the drop-down file, and then on “snow emergency route.”

The City of Crawford thanks all residents and visitors for their cooperation!
