Chadron police officer Mark Cloyd says police were dispatched on a domestic disturbance call about 10:30 Thursday night after a concerned citizen called in to report hearing a female screaming at the A&M Trailer Court, formerly the Regency Trailer Court. Officers arrived and contacted the apparent victim, who told them she had been assaulted and choked. They saw that she had fresh injuries consistent with being assaulted and choked, leading to Bissonette’s arrest.
