Fur Trade Days Parade Still On, But Revamped By COVID-19 Rules Posted by John Axtell Date: June 23, 2020 4 Views CHADRON – There may not be a Chadron Fur Trade Days Trader Market or Street Dance this year, but there will be a Lions Club Parade – although in a much different form because of CSC and state coronavirus rules for parades. Club spokesman Dennis Brown says the biggest change is that spectators will park along Main Street instead lining the street standing or in chairs. The parade will follow its usual route from 10th Street to 1st Street with some participants continuing on to Crestview Care Center on the far north end of Chadron. Line up will begin along 10th Street an hour before the parade. Registration forms can be found at the Chadron Chamber of Commerce office, the KCSR/KBPY studios on Bordeaux, or online at chadrad.com.
