Motorcycle Rider Killed In Single Vehicle Crash Sat Night North of Hill City

     The South Dakota Highway Patrol says a 72-year old man was killed about 10:30 Saturday night when his motorcycle crashed on Hwy 385 north of Hill City. The name has not been released.

      The Highway Patrol says the man was southbound about 15 miles from Hill City when his bike crossed the centerline, continued across the northbound lane, and hit a guardrail.

       He was thrown from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet.
