No New COVID 19 Deaths In Neb On Monday


LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) –The Nebraska Dept of Health and Human Services reported another 221 cases of COVID-19 yesterday, bringing the state total to 12,355 out of 88,350 tests given.

The number of COVID-19 deaths remained unchanged at 150 after having added 18 between Saturday May 16 and Sunday the 24th.

Douglas County, Nebraska most populous, now has 3,186 cases – nearly double the second-highest total of 1,612 reported in Dakota County. Hall County has had 1,466 while Lancaster County is at 1,084.

Nebraska hospitals have 1,742 beds available or 46% of their total along with 309 Intensive Care Unit Beds, 43% of that total, and 77% of their 795 ventilators.
