One-Vehicle Crash Near Rapid City Claims One Life

      The South Dakota Highway Patrol says one man was killed Friday night in a one-vehicle accident about 6-miles southeast of Rapid City.

The man’s name has not been released pending notification of family.

       The Patrol says the 37-year old man was westbound on a local road when his small car failed to negotiate a left curve, went off the roadway, and rolled.

The man was not wearing a seat and was thrown from the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
