Pace Of New COVID-19 Cases And Hospitalizations Slowing

The number of new COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in Nebraska dropped slightly again last week, but remains at an elevated level that is straining the state’s hospitals.

That’s down about 5% from the 4,775 cases the week before.

The number of people hospitalized with the virus averaged around 400 a day last week, down from 415 a day the previous week.
