PPHD COVID-19 Risk Dial Unchanged

     The Panhandle Public Health District’s COVID-19 Risk Dial is unchanged from last week, about 40% in the Moderate or Yellow range with a risk level of 1.38.

      Panhandle Unified Command confirmed 47 new cases of COVID in the last week and 79 in the past 14 days, bringing the total number of cases in the Panhandle during the Pandemic to 9,333 with 197 deaths.

       Dawes County had no new cases for the second straight week, leaving its count at 773. Sheridan County had 5 for the week and 542 total, while Box Butte County’s 8 cases for the week pushed its tally to 974.
