Prosecutors say Johnson was in a physical altercation with Graham when he shot the older man in the head. Johnson and a 14-year old at the scene were friends of Graham’s stepson. Johnson was originally charged with aiding and abetting 2nd degree murder and aggravated assault, but the aiding charge was reduced and other counts dropped.
