The Omaha teenager sought in a Memorial Day weekend crash in Lincoln that killed 2 women and injured 20 bystanders has been arrested.
18-year old Kyvell Stark turned himself in yesterday to charges that include 2 counts of manslaughter and driving under the influence. Police reports last week said Stark had tested positive for marijuana, but not alcohol.
Authorities say Stark was driving nearly 90 mph on a major street when he hit another car in an intersection.
The driver and passenger in that car, both women in their 20s, were killed and the impact sent their car into a crowd watching a Cruise Night of classic cars.
