Newton says Farrell and Luciano admitted they had marijuana, as well as oxycodone, methamphetamine, and heroin. Police then obtained a search warrant for the women’s room and found about 3 grams each of suspected meth and heroin as well as 32 oxycodone pills without a prescription They also seized drug paraphernalia that included snort tubes, spoons, an electronic scale and syringes. Officer Newton says both Farrell and Luciano were taken to the Dawes County Jail without incident, adding that Chadron police were helped by a Nebraska State Patrol Drug Recognition Expert.
