Ali spent the last decade as a lead with the Midwest PBIS Network in partnership with the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center on PBIS supporting coaches, teams, schools, districts, communities and states across the country to more effectively meet the social/emotional/behavioral/mental health needs of all youth. Today, as an educational consultant, Ali is more committed than ever to strengthening the social/emotional competencies of our educators, supporting the installation of Restorative Practices within school systems, and reinforcing MTSS frameworks to better hold the important work that needs to get done in education. Ali received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois, her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
