        The Nebraska State Patrol says a Mitchell man was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Link L62-A in Morrill County Saturday night.
State Patrol spokesman Cody Thomas says 56-year-old Brian Zitterkopf was westbound when his pickup crossed the center line and hit an eastbound semi about 3 miles west of the 62A-Hwy 385 junction.
Thomas says Zitterkopf was pronounced dead at the scene with the preliminary investigation determining he was not wearing a seat belt. The driver of the semi was not injured.
Link 62A was closed between Moomaw’s Corner and Angora Hill for several hours because of emergency personnel and the accident investigation.
