Radding Lays Bad was born on February 28, 1949 in Alliance, NE to James Lays Bad and Millie Walks Underground-Lays Bad. Radding made his journey to the Spirit World on December 15, 2020 at the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK.
Radding was very passionate about making Native American jewelry and spending time with his family, which could always count on him when he was needed. He loved his grandchildren and making fry bread.
Radding lived in Porcupine, SD, in his younger years but for the majority of his life he resided in Rapid City, SD. He lived his final years in Tulsa, OK where he fought his battle with diabetes until the end.
Radding is survived by his three sons, Everett, Orlando, and Michael; daughter, Selena; and a grandson Sequoyah whom Radding raised. Radding also had three brothers, Ramsey, Everette, and Francis, three sisters, Agnes, Sadie, and Christine.
