Memorial services for 73-year old Ralph Rhoads of Lincoln, NE, formerly of Chadron, NE, are Wednesday, July 7, 2022, at 11:00 CT at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel (3950 Hohensee Drive.
Burial has already taken place at Emerald Cemetery.

Ralph Richard Rhoads was born January 30, 1949, in Chadron to Edwin and Anita (Lewis) Rhoads. He passed away June 27, 2022.
Ralph graduated from Chadron High School and attended Chadron State College. He married Karen Kearns on May 19, 1973, in Rushville, NE. Ralph worked many years for Burlington Northern Railroad as a machinist.
Family members include his wife Karen, sons Matthew (Wendy) Rhoads and Adam (Johanna) Rhoads, all of Lincoln; son Rich (Alicia) Robertson of Crawford; daughter Amanda (Brian) Kaup, Bassett, NE; 7 grandchildren Cale, Emory, Avalyn, Remy, Lukas, Rowan, and Reece; brother Ed (Sherry) Rhoads, Alliance, NE; sister Anita Rhoads, Rapid City, SD; nieces and nephews.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents.
Services are WEDNESDAY JULY 6TH at 11 am.
Ralph was a good friend, joked around a lot at work; good times except for where we worked. Was a sad surprise!
