Rams Split Games At InvitePosted by Kerri RemppDate: September 18, 202020 ViewsThe Crawford Rams split their wins and losses at the Sheridan County Volleyball Invite in Gordon Sept. 12 and dropped a three-set loss to Gordon-Rushville Tuesday.The Rams opened last weekend’s tournament with a loss to the Hay Springs Hawks, 20-25, 25-22, 25-18. Crawford managed 20 kills in the contest, led by Hadlee Rudloff and Natalie Barry, who had six apiece. Barry also served up four aces. Crawford followed the loss with a two-set win over Kimball, 25-15, 25-21. Gordon-Rushville defeated the Rams in their third match, 25-10, 25-20. The Rams had just 10 kills offensively against the Mustangs, led by Barry and Cambrea Vogel, with three each. Crawford ended the tourney with a victory over Hemingford, 28-26, 25-17.The Rams faced Gordon-Rushville a second time Sept. 15 and lost in a three-set sweep, 25-16, 25-15, 25-16. Crawford is off until Sept. 22, when they take on Edgemont.
