Rapid City Standoff Ends Peacefully

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City police arrested a man Friday morning after an hour-long standoff. The 18-year old, whose name has not yet been released, surrendered without incident at an apartment complex.

Police responded to the complex a little after midnight and were told by witnesses that the teen had pointed a gun at 2 people and fired it outside about midnight.
