South Dakota had 131 new cases of COVID-19 along with 129 more recoveries and one death on Sunday, bringing the state totals to 11,276 cases, 141 deaths, and 8,564 recoveries.
Saturday set records with 251 new cases and 1,540 active cases, but the latter record rose again Sunday to 1,551 cases, including 62 who are currently hospitalized.
The Wyoming Dept of Health reported 37 new cases and 15 recoveries on Sunday, sending the number of active cases to 565. The state has now had 3,046 cases, 37 deaths, and 2,444 recoveries since the pandemic began in the state in March.
